In accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and any other applicable and current data protection legislation, the user is hereby informed that NUTRIMED may obtain personal data through various means, particularly in the context of product distribution, professional events, recruitment processes, or when using our website.
The collection of personal data by NUTRIMED is governed by the principles of purpose limitation and data minimisation. Accordingly, NUTRIMED only collects data that are strictly necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
Personal data obtained will be processed by the Controller for the following legitimate and specific purposes:
1. Contact Persons (Contact Form)
Controller: NUTRIMED
Purpose: To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
Lawful Basis: The explicit consent of the data subject when filling out and submitting the form and checking the box accepting this Privacy Policy.
Retention Period: The data provided will be kept for the time strictly necessary to address the request, while the data subject does not withdraw consent or exercise the right to erasure or objection, and without prejudice to retention as long as there are applicable legal obligations for NUTRIMED.
Recipients: NUTRIMED will not transfer data to third parties, except where communication to group companies is necessary to resolve the inquiry.
Rights: Data subjects have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent, by sending a written notification to lopd@nutrimedhealth.com
2. Clients and/or Service Providers
Controller: NUTRIMED
Purpose: To maintain the contractual relationship and send commercial information to the data subject through the means provided, including email.
Lawful Basis: The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, and NUTRIMED’s legitimate interest in sending commercial information.
Retention Period: The data will be retained as long as the legal relationship between the parties exists, unless the data subject exercises the right to erasure or objection, and without prejudice to retention as long as there are applicable legal obligations.
Recipients: NUTRIMED will not transfer data to third parties, except where communication to group companies is necessary for the proper provision of services.
Rights: Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent by written notification to lopd@nutrimedhealth.com.
3. Job Candidates
Controller: NUTRIMED
Purpose: To manage applications for potential job vacancies at NUTRIMED.
Lawful Basis: Explicit consent of the data subject when submitting the application and checking the box accepting this Privacy Policy.
Retention Period: Data will be stored for the time strictly necessary to manage the received CVs and for two years, unless the data subject withdraws consent or exercises the right to erasure or objection, and without prejudice to retention as long as legal obligations persist.
Recipients: NUTRIMED will not transfer data to third parties, except to group companies where the candidate’s profile matches a vacancy, and only for that purpose.
Rights: Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent by written notification to lopd@nutrimedhealth.com.
4. Complaints
Controller: NUTRIMED
Purpose: To handle and resolve complaints.
Lawful Basis: Explicit consent of the data subject for the management of the complaint.
Retention Period: Data will be kept as long as consent is not withdrawn or the right to erasure or objection is not exercised, and without prejudice to retention as long as there are applicable legal obligations.
Recipients: NUTRIMED will not transfer data to third parties, except to group companies if necessary to resolve the complaint and exclusively for that purpose.
Rights: Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent by written notification to lopd@nutrimedhealth.com.
5. Marketing and Commercial Communications
Controller: NUTRIMED
Purpose: To keep the data subject informed about NUTRIMED’s activities.
Lawful Basis: The legitimate interest of NUTRIMED when a legal relationship with the data subject exists, or the data subject’s explicit consent when checking the box accepting this Privacy Policy where no such relationship exists.
Retention Period: Data will be retained until the data subject indicates a wish to stop receiving commercial communications or withdraws consent, without prejudice to legal retention obligations.
Recipients: NUTRIMED will not transfer data to third parties.
Rights: Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent by written notification to lopd@nutrimedhealth.com.
6. Monitoring of Adverse Reactions
Controller: NUTRIMED
Purpose: If you have contacted farmacovigilancia@nutrimedhealth.com or the phone number 670 050 773, the personal data you provide will be processed by NUTRIMED to analyze your case, perform follow-up, notify health authorities, and resolve your query.
Confidentiality: In accordance with health and data protection regulations, your personal data will be treated confidentially and, wherever possible, anonymized or pseudonymized. However, your data regarding reported adverse reactions may be communicated to health authorities for monitoring purposes.
NUTRIMED will maintain absolute confidentiality regarding your personal data and will only use your identifying data to contact you if necessary.
Lawful Basis: NUTRIMED may need to process health-related data depending on the reported reaction; therefore, your explicit consent is required for the processing of sensitive personal data for the indicated purposes.
By submitting your case to farmacovigilancia@nutrimedhealth.com, you expressly consent to NUTRIMED processing your personal data to analyze, follow up, report to health authorities, and resolve your case.
Retention Period: Data will be kept for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations, as long as the subject matter of the claim has not expired, and without prejudice to retention as long as legal obligations persist.
Recipients: NUTRIMED will not transfer data to third parties unless necessary to resolve your case.
Rights: Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent by written notification to lopd@nutrimedhealth.com.
Communication of Data to Third Parties
No data will be transferred to third parties unless legally required. However, NUTRIMED may communicate your data to GROUP COMPANIES if necessary.
Furthermore, in order to provide NUTRIMED services correctly, it may be necessary to communicate certain personal data to third parties who provide services to NUTRIMED, exclusively for the correct functioning of NUTRIMED. In any case, any such communication of data will be carried out as a processing order by said third parties, for the provision of services to NUTRIMED, which will imply access by the third party to personal information.
In this regard, NUTRIMED will have the corresponding data processing agreements with third parties who process or access NUTRIMED’s personal data, in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection regulations.
Exercise of Rights (Applicable to All Data)
As the owner of your data, you have full control over them and may exercise your rights at any time by sending an email to lopd@nutrimedhealth.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise and your identifying information.
Your rights include:
Right of access, rectification, and/or erasure: You have the right to know whether NUTRIMED is processing your personal data and, if so, to access them, request correction of inaccuracies, or request deletion when data are no longer necessary for their original purposes.
Right to restriction of processing: Data will only be kept for the exercise or defense of legal claims.
Right to data portability: You have the right to have your data transmitted to another controller or to yourself in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format when processing is automated and based on consent or contract performance.
Right to object: You may object to the processing of your data, and NUTRIMED will cease processing unless legally required. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
Right not to be subject to automated decisions: You have the right not to be subject to profiling or automated decisions based solely on automated processing.
You may exercise these rights free of charge. If you consider that your rights have not been duly addressed, you may submit a complaint to lopd@nutrimedhealth.com or to the relevant supervisory authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001-Madrid).
Please note that you may withdraw your consent at any time.
NUTRIMED undertakes to respond to requests sent to it, either by email or by letter. In this regard, NUTRIMED will respond within one month of receiving the request. However, please note that there may be a two-month extension depending on the complexity of the request and the number of requests received.
You will be informed of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request.
Accuracy and Updating of Data
NUTRIMED presumes that personal data provided through various channels are accurate, provided directly by their owner, that the data subject is who they claim to be, and that data are up to date. The data subject must communicate any changes to their data as soon as they occur.
Third-Party Data Provided by You
If you provide personal data of third parties for any purpose, you guarantee that you have previously informed the affected individuals and obtained their consent to share their data with NUTRIMED.
You guarantee that such individuals are of legal age and that the information provided is accurate and truthful. NUTRIMED will verify their consent via an initial non-commercial email requesting confirmation.
If you fail to comply with these conditions, you will be liable for any resulting consequences.

Data Concerning Minors
The services provided by NUTRIMED are intended for adults in accordance with Spanish law. NUTRIMED presumes that individuals providing data through various channels (electronic, website, social media, etc.) meet this condition.

NUTRIMED has implemented security measures in its work centres, premises, systems, communications infrastructures, etc., as required by regulations, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from human action or from the physical or natural environment. It has also adopted logical, physical, organisational and contractual measures to prevent unauthorised access to data by third parties, as well as the destruction, modification, reproduction, disclosure, transmission or reuse of such data.
Nevertheless, whenever you provide personal information online, there is a risk that third parties, whose control is beyond our reach, may intercept and use this information. Although at NUTRIMED we strive to protect your personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you disclose online and under your responsibility.
Validity and Modification of the Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy established by NUTRIMED is effective from the date of its publication on the corresponding website. The user may store and/or reproduce it. NUTRIMED reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy, which will be duly communicated to users.
