Pharmacovigilance is a public health activity aimed at identifying, quantifying, assessing and preventing risks from the use of medicines.

Retention Period: Data will be stored for the time strictly necessary to manage the received CVs and for two years, unless the data subject withdraws consent or exercises the right to erasure or objection, and without prejudice to retention as long as legal obligations persist.

Recipients: NUTRIMED will not transfer data to third parties, except to group companies where the candidate’s profile matches a vacancy, and only for that purpose.

6. Monitoring of Adverse Reactions

Controller: NUTRIMED

Purpose: If you have contacted farmacovigilancia@nutrimedhealth.com or the phone number 670 050 773, the personal data you provide will be processed by NUTRIMED to analyze your case, perform follow-up, notify health authorities, and resolve your query.

Confidentiality: In accordance with health and data protection regulations, your personal data will be treated confidentially and, wherever possible, anonymized or pseudonymized. However, your data regarding reported adverse reactions may be communicated to health authorities for monitoring purposes.

NUTRIMED will maintain absolute confidentiality regarding your personal data and will only use your identifying data to contact you if necessary.

Lawful Basis: NUTRIMED may need to process health-related data depending on the reported reaction; therefore, your explicit consent is required for the processing of sensitive personal data for the indicated purposes.

By submitting your case to farmacovigilancia@nutrimedhealth.com, you expressly consent to NUTRIMED processing your personal data to analyze, follow up, report to health authorities, and resolve your case.

Retention Period: Data will be kept for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations, as long as the subject matter of the claim has not expired, and without prejudice to retention as long as legal obligations persist.

Recipients: NUTRIMED will not transfer data to third parties unless necessary to resolve your case.

Rights: Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent by written notification to lopd@nutrimedhealth.com.

Communication of Data to Third Parties

No data will be transferred to third parties unless legally required. However, NUTRIMED may communicate your data to GROUP COMPANIES if necessary.

Furthermore, in order to provide NUTRIMED services correctly, it may be necessary to communicate certain personal data to third parties who provide services to NUTRIMED, exclusively for the correct functioning of NUTRIMED. In any case, any such communication of data will be carried out as a processing order by said third parties, for the provision of services to NUTRIMED, which will imply access by the third party to personal information.

In this regard, NUTRIMED will have the corresponding data processing agreements with third parties who process or access NUTRIMED’s personal data, in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection regulations.

Please note that you may withdraw your consent at any time.

NUTRIMED undertakes to respond to requests sent to it, either by email or by letter. In this regard, NUTRIMED will respond within one month of receiving the request. However, please note that there may be a two-month extension depending on the complexity of the request and the number of requests received.

You will be informed of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request.

Accuracy and Updating of Data

NUTRIMED presumes that personal data provided through various channels are accurate, provided directly by their owner, that the data subject is who they claim to be, and that data are up to date. The data subject must communicate any changes to their data as soon as they occur.

Purpose: To keep the data subject informed about NUTRIMED’s activities.

6. Monitoring of Adverse Reactions

Controller: NUTRIMED

Purpose: If you have contacted farmacovigilancia@nutrimedhealth.com or the phone number 610493936, the personal data you provide will be processed by NUTRIMED to analyze your case, perform follow-up, notify health authorities, and resolve your query.

Confidentiality: In accordance with health and data protection regulations, your personal data will be treated confidentially and, wherever possible, anonymized or pseudonymized. However, your data regarding reported adverse reactions may be communicated to health authorities for monitoring purposes.

NUTRIMED will maintain absolute confidentiality regarding your personal data and will only use your identifying data to contact you if necessary.

Lawful Basis: NUTRIMED may need to process health-related data depending on the reported reaction; therefore, your explicit consent is required for the processing of sensitive personal data for the indicated purposes.

By submitting your case to farmacovigilancia@nutrimedhealth.com, you expressly consent to NUTRIMED processing your personal data to analyze, follow up, report to health authorities, and resolve your case.

Retention Period: Data will be kept for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations, as long as the subject matter of the claim has not expired, and without prejudice to retention as long as legal obligations persist.

Recipients: NUTRIMED will not transfer data to third parties unless necessary to resolve your case.

Communication of Data to Third Parties

No data will be transferred to third parties unless legally required. However, NUTRIMED may communicate your data to GROUP COMPANIES if necessary.

Furthermore, in order to provide NUTRIMED services correctly, it may be necessary to communicate certain personal data to third parties who provide services to NUTRIMED, exclusively for the correct functioning of NUTRIMED. In any case, any such communication of data will be carried out as a processing order by said third parties, for the provision of services to NUTRIMED, which will imply access by the third party to personal information.

In this regard, NUTRIMED will have the corresponding data processing agreements with third parties who process or access NUTRIMED’s personal data, in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection regulations.

Please note that you may withdraw your consent at any time.

NUTRIMED undertakes to respond to requests sent to it, either by email or by letter. In this regard, NUTRIMED will respond within one month of receiving the request. However, please note that there may be a two-month extension depending on the complexity of the request and the number of requests received.

You will be informed of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request.

Accuracy and Updating of Data

NUTRIMED presumes that personal data provided through various channels are accurate, provided directly by their owner, that the data subject is who they claim to be, and that data are up to date. The data subject must communicate any changes to their data as soon as they occur.
